Biography

I am from the Cedar Rapids, Iowa area. I attended the College Community School District from 2005-2019. I then attended Kirkwood Community College, where I received my Associates of Arts in 2021, I then went on to study English and Creative Writing at the University of Iowa, where I remain today.

About Me

I have always been fascinated with nature and philosophy. Anything from swamps to mountains I obsess over tiny little details – like the way rocks form on a trail, or the way foliage creeps perfectly through a forest floor. Throughout the site you’ll likely notice a littering of nature photos, they’re all ones I’ve collected over the years from my travels. I’ve been fortunate enough to experience a few different mountain ranges and biomes across the states, and I’m always more than happy to share this beauty with others.
